Digital Marketing & PR for Smart Growth Partnership

I was retained for a period of six months to provide digital marketing & public relations services to the Smart Growth Partnership organization of South Florida.  This nonprofit organization is a collaborative of diverse professionals and organizations providing leadership, advocacy, and education to promote livable, sustainable and green communities. To that end, the partnership will support the principles of Smart Growth for the South Florida region.

Their organization hosted awards and community events. I garnered media attention for their events, both by issuing press releases and direct pitching relevant journalists.   Click on the links below for press release samples.

I wrote and designed emails to help their organization cultivate relationships with donors, affiliated community organizations and the media.  I also grew their organization’s email list by collecting emails at their public events and maintaining CRM profiles for their constituents.
