We’re fortunate to have tools to show us what is and isn’t working in real-time — but the loss of cookies and recent changes to Google Search that involve AI will keep us all busy learning new ways to understand our customers and reach them with our content.

I’m a tech geek. I understand marketing technology and the marketing stack, and I keep my technical skills current, staying up-to-date on everything from Google Analytics 4 to Salesforce to Cision and to popular social media apps and tools, like Canva, VSCO and Hootsuite.

Much of the public relations work I do involves spin. My clients tell me that I tell their story in a more intriguing or captivating way than they do! I do what I do so well because I’ve been working in the field of marketing and public relations for over 20 years.
