As the volunteer co-lead for the Wellness Business Resource Group for the Women of the Vine & Spirits organization, I create presentations about various Wellness topics and co-facilitate our regular discussion groups. Working with colleagues from the organization, we compile thoughtful information, polls and activities to prompt dialogue and engage members. We launched our 2024 group discussions with this presentation that focused on successful goal setting strategies to help members realize their New Year’s resolutions.
