I produced and promoted Italian Aperitivo events at various venues in Palm Beach and Broward Counties in Florida. An Italian “aperitivo” is akin to happy hour in the U.S. Some of the events were promoted to the business community, while others were promoted to the general audience of Italians, Italian Americans and those interested in Italian culture. They were all successfull and most sold out, some went over capacity.
