Caparezza is a popular Italian rapper whose fuses hip hop with elements of rock, reggae and ska. He’s released seven studio albums and is recognized for his witty, intelligent lyrics and social commentary. I was hired by the organization that produced Caparezza’s Miami Beach concert to promote the show. I wrote blog posts to let both Italians and non-Italians know what he’s all about, posted about the concert on social media, sent email blasts to my proprietary list of people interested in Italian culture and also promoted the concert through various Italian organizations I was involved with.
